If I can share a friendly advice with these groups is that they should not waste your time with the "Manyana - Fallam - Tomorrow" attitude. As far as financing is concerned, posts on Goan cyberspace tell us that it not as big a problem as some make it out to be. When some of them have got good experience then they should be independent from us. I don't think on college professionals. We need professionals who work with hands and not with pencils, computers, etc. Do you think that this can be arranged?
