Hey dude my ancestors have been livin since time immemorial at nig vaddo saligao.the only reason i am looking out for a house in goa cos iwant to have my own personal holiday home
Dear Melwin,
I sincerely aplaud your desire to buy a house in S. and your motivations are all that can be desired.
However, despite your impeccable and accient ancestry, you seem to be quite out-of-touch with real estate values at present.
You could get nothing near what you have in mind for ca tw0 lack rps. Not even a (small) plot , leave alone one with a house in it.
I wish you best of luck, you will assuredly need it.
Your affectionate dude, Alfred de Tavares, Stockholm, 2004-06-10
