Melwin Anthony Vaz, who was told by Alfred (in his poetic way) that he could not possibly get a house in Saligao for two lakhs, replied to Alfred thus:

>Hey dude my ancestors have been livin since time immemorial at nig vaddo
>saligao.the only reason i am looking out for a house in goa cos iwant to
>have my own personal holiday home

-----------

Melwyn mah dude
No need to be so rude

Listen maan, listen to da beat
What Alfred says, stands up to da heat

Two lakhs don't get you no livin' quarters
Go freshen ya self in da Salmona waters

Ten lakhs mah maan dats da goin rate
Including da compound wall and gate

Ah see you got ancestors in town
That don mean nutting. Payment cash down

Make sure da title is abso-lutely clean
Check it out maan, Form One and Fourteen

Dude I'm gonna make you sweat,
Sweat until you can sweat no more

Then ah'll put off the fan
Then you will sweat some more!

-----------

No hard feelings Melwyn. Just kidding!

Best of luck in your search but do raise your budget a bit. A decent enough house in a small plot in Saligao would be a minimum of 8 lakhs, in my opinion. How come no Saligao Netters are giving Melwyn any guidance in these matters and leaving 'advice giving' to overnight instant rap artists from Aldona and poets from Sweden?

Cheers!

Cecil
