During the 4th EAGC in arusha this year , a charter flight for all the east african goans visiting the SFX exposition this year was being discussed. Just curious as to what is the exact stand? As time is flying out, much obliged if the price per person for a ticket and all the other information could be availed tous , as the goans out here in Uganda are keen to join too.
