In AVF's report, I read about the New Goan Overseas
Association. Can anyone elaborate on it - is there an
existing GOA or is this a split group, when it was
formed and what work it does?
Read the recent Gulab which is dedicated to Fr.
D'Costa and Felicio Cardosa. Though the contributors
overlap in their recollections and views over these
two departed writers, it is worth reading and
preserving.
