Goa Messenger is alive and well. Just today I received, in London, the copy dated 1-15 October 2004. The cover has a striking photo of the new Corjuem Bridge and the main item is about Stray Cattle.
I expect the website is not updated owing to our disinclination to financially support something we can get for free :-(
