I do not wish to take sides in this issue but ...
1) I don't think Phil is asking you to apologise to him, but rather to Babu's family. Why exactly you have to apologise to Babu's family is beyond me but I was just trying to clarify what Phil had asked for.
2) If Phil tells you he has donated Rs. 82,400/- to Babu's family. And has agreed to donate Rs. 82,400/- to every family of any subsequent death in the Sky Bus trials, would that make you change your mind and apologise? Why does it matter so much what Phil has done for Babu or people such as Babu? Can't a person whose sensibilities have been offended speak his mind without having to show proof of residence and receipts of charity?
Samir, quite frankly I don't see any reason for you to apologise but it would be nice if you would stop attacking Phil and give him a chance to explain why exactly he is so agitated about what you said. Maybe we could all learn from this.
