Dear Goans, I carried out a search in the office of Departed Asians Custody Board, and the secretary informed me that since we did not apply for the repossession,they had sold it to a school at ugsh.20,000,000/=(Uganda Shillings Twenty Million only) in 1998 works out at US$11.400/=(SAY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ONLY ) if exchanged at todays rate of UGSH.1770 to a US$,and now the time had elapsed as regards an application for repossession Secondly , the DACB(DEP. ASIANS. CUSTO. BOARD) will instead compensate us for the same but at a figure of UGSH.18,000,000/= if taken at todays rate works out at US$10,169.00/= , but could atleast find out who are or were the main trustees of this said club.
