AN ADVERT IN THE business press (Business India, Sept 13-26, 2004) promises "great low rates" for international telephone calls. Including calls priced Rs 2.90 (per minute, I guess) from London and Rs 1.90 from Canada. Strange that Canada calls are cheaper!
You apparently need some integrated billing machine to use
the 'dialpadprepaid' service. It's not quite clear
how it works, but the firm has called on cybercafe and
PCO owners to become a "dialpad calling booth".More details at http://www.dialpad.accessphone.net
