Hello netters
Hard to believe that Churchill wants more Goans in Indian Team, when his home team recruits all outside players. Could someone shed light as to how many players of Goa are playing for his team, and what is he doing for the Goan players? I only hope Churchill practices what he preaches and not just lip service.

CHURCHILL WANTS MORE GOANS IN INDIAN TEAM: South Goa MP Churchill Alemao has strongly advocated that more Goa footballers should be given representation in the Indian team by taking into account that there are six Goan teams in the National Football League. He has also reiterated that Indian soccer coach Steven Constantine should be sacked by the All India Football Federation for India's dismal performance in the Asian zone qualifier matches for 2006 World Cup in Germany.
