GWS Educational Awards 2003-04 Hearty congratulations to the Goan students who excelled at the last CBSE exams and are the winners of the GWS Educational Awards 2003-04, sponsored by Goan Welfare Society (GWS) patron, Mr. & Mrs. Sam Alphonso for the tenth consecutive year: Samantha Rita Fernandes (Std. X � 91.80%, hailing from Siolim, Bardez), Kevin Fernandes (Std. X � 86.60%, hailing from Canacona); Krystle Kavita Nazareth (Std. XII � 83.00%-Commerce faculty; hailing from Mapusa, Bardez); Uldric Agnelo Antao (Std. XII � 91.80% - Science faculty, hailing from Loutolim, Salcette); and Merryl Roland Lobo (Std. XII � 88.00% - Science faculty, hailing from Sangolda, Bardez). All award winners are students of Carmel School-Kuwait. The GWS Educational Awards were presented at a glittering Goa Day 2004 event in Kuwait on 24th September 2004 at the hands of the patron.
