Samir, As former scooterists, we tilted our scooters one way and then the other. The scooter always started! At Nasa, our intrepid Goan visitor would have asked that the vehicle be tilted, often, a little more than 45 degrees, but on both sides of the vehicle to be absolutely sure of a good start in the presence of so much publicity! Incidentally, the guy was a Sikh in earlier accounts--but he could have moved down to Goa more recently! Cornel.
