Canada is a case in point. The job outflow from the US went from a trickle to a deluge when George W. and Co. passed laws that gave huge tax breaks to companies exporting American jobs :-) Just last week he passed another law giving the multi-nationals further tax breaks. Hopefully, thats the last law he passes. Mervyn2.0 BTW, last month when I was in San Jose, I saw a bumper sticker that said "Four more years for Bush.
