Hullo Ema and Jose, There was also a recent Court ruling in Australia about an Indian who was posted in Australia and who tried to claim Australian citizenship for his child born there -- Australian Citizenship was denied to the child Apparently, migrants who deliver their babies in Goa -- the babies are now being classified as Goans thus entitling the parents to benefits of plots of land and free medicare Should Goa also close its doors to such migrantbabies?
