I missed Fred's post on caste. Still I would agree
with Ashley. Those who claim to be Christian Brahmins
are very much caste conscious to the point of being
arrogant. They will not even allow inter-caste
marriages when it comes to their children. Of course
economic compulsions, like the proverbial bed, level
everything.
