Recently purchased Lino Leitao's "Gift of the Holy Cross" from Amazon, and thoroughly enjoyed reading it. "Ferry crossing" (Manohar Shetty) is also a good read for the short stories (also available from Amazon, but my copy came from Goa as also "Skin" by Margaret Mascarenhas). So if you're going to Goa this season (and I am sure many of the NRGs are going), make sure to stock up on books by Goan authors available from most good Goan bookstores, besides the sausages, feni and the like.
