Check what these guys are doing over wine in Delhi: http://www.delhiwineclub.com/ This is off-topic here, but obviously has implications as to what Goa could do, even as we squander away our headstart in a field such as this. At least one Goanetter -- Patrice Reimens -- is a sponge for any good information about wine. Though from Holland, his family traces its roots to the wineyards of France. We spent some good times exchanging views in Goa, while he was visiting here. I think Patrice has been a Goanetter for six or eight years! We first met at the annual meet at the Taj (when Boogie Viegas was around). With so much mail to cope with (Patrice is a great networker, he introduced me to XS4All, which inspired the name for BytesForAll) guess you can't blame him for only statistically checking every fifth Goanet Digest which comes his way!
