Cecil dear,
You've dragged me into a debate I've little interest in joining in. Goa is something special to my heart -- a cherished part of my youth.
As you realise, your view that if you love any other part of the country, then your love for Goa is not genuine is too simplistic a notion. I love Inida, Kerala AND Goa -- not necessarily in that order.
Maybe we Keralites are quite polygamous in these things -- while you Goans are strictly monogamous.
Still I love you for what you are. Try to understand me, if you can!
