--------------------------------------------------------------------- Chorao Consumer Forum to observe first anniversary --------------------------------------------------------------------- The Chorao Civic and Consumer Forum will observe the first anniversary of its formation with an Awareness Program on Consumer Rights on Saturday 20th November at 4.00pm at Smt. Lalita Mahale Memorial Trust Hall, Pandavado, Chorao.
The awareness program organised in collaboration with Goa Desc Resource Centre will have as Guest Speaker Mr. N.M.Naik Controller Legal Metrology, Govt. of Goa.
The program will cover information on the Standards of Weights and Measures Act and Packaged Commodities Rules and the redressal of consumer grievances.
The Annual Report of Activities of the Consumer Forum will also be presented at the program. Consumers are invited to attend and take benefit of the Awareness Program.
