RE: Goan Voices' of Nov 21 on the subject Both sides seem to have missed the real point of the whole issue. That is the TOTAL LACK of attention to a host of governance problems in the state due to the CM's pre-occupation with IFFI/Exposition infrastructure projects. Exposition was known 10 years in advance. Why the last minute rush to build bypasses and bus stands? IFFI is for only a small audience. Why was there a need to turn things topsy turvy for its sake? By spreading out the load properly valuable governmental attention could also have been given to the host of problems bedevilling this promising state.
