It is surprising that the post with the above subject line has been cleared without omitting the child's name. A fundamental norm in Indian journalism is not to reveal the identity of rape and molestation victims, especially minors, not only to avoid social stigma but also to ensure their protection.
The post by Maria Rodrigues is a serious violation of this established norm. The child's name has been mentioned in almost every para of that tendentious post.
