Hello Costantino, I can't help you but I have a question or two on the same topic, only someone working abroad a ship can give the exact answer, as far as I know Rafael is working abroad a ship, how much time do ship crew have to go off shore and return back, I think approximately 2 hours or so, that too one has obtain captains permission, then a gate pass is required to get out of any port gate, so how's he going to do the presentations at the respective dates, or else its possible that his ship is grounded and he's awaiting for another ship to re-asign him. Can someone on ship give a positive response please.
