The amount of money raised over this 3-day period is over US $50,000. Hope the following long article will give the readers some ideas for their own fund-raising -cross-pollination of ideas. While others may get into the Christmas mood with the description of this festive celebration. Happy Holidays! The Hart's Hill Inn Ballroom becomes an enchanted forest of 60 elegantly decorated Holiday trees, surrounded by splendid wreaths, garlands, centerpieces, fireside baskets, and swags. There will be four specialty trees, which are trees containing themed packages ranging in value from $500 to over $1,000. This years tree themes are an "Artisan" tree, an "Evening Out" tree, a "Golf" tree, and a "Dining Out" tree. TREE PURCHASING AND BIDDING Throughout the Festival weekend, silent bids are taken on all trees while wreaths, centerpieces, and other decorative items are on sale. Although the trees are up for bid throughout the weekend, a purchase price is placed on each tree. If someone wishes to purchase the tree at the stated price, the tree is taken out of the silent bid process.
