Parikkar is the best, I am not sure, well he may be a better one, but best? Mmmmm, that is something to think about. I have had high hopes on him since I heard of his IT profession, but was crestfallen with the events taking place. With the IFFI I feel his IT profession was in Civil Engineering. Only wish he would help Goans in the best possible way, without differentiating them on religious grounds. The latest happening being of one Christian person, who has been operating a shop in Old Goa for some years, and this year that place has been given to another person of Hindu background. And Konkani awards given, there wasnt a single Christian in the. Hope Parrikar becomes the best chief minister for one and all, and not only for one community.
The other news is about Mr Reddy, promising Goans another transponder which will be used to broadcast konkani programs for a longer duration, instead of one hour which the present norm is, and if one has been watching these TV programs, I bet those who don’t know devanagri konkani, must be lost for words. I for one am lost with the words the presenters use. So hope the TV channel caters to all the Goans, and not only for the Devanagris.
