Hi Joel, I am not able to understand how a ship proceeding from TAIWAN to FIJI Islands (both in the Pacific) was off Mormugao harbour!! Why were the Mormugoa Harbour Authorities and Police informed and what were they expected to do in the matter? Mystery???
