Two small questions: 1) Which of the projects listed under d) were taken up and completed in 2004? 2) Whose invention is this Person of the Year award? What are the eligibility criteria for nominations? Does the person have to be practically a superman as made out in the opening remarks of the posting? And btw, who specifically has ruled that IFFI 2004 is a "success" that too before it has even ended!?
