Maybe I'm missing something, but I am totally confused by this topic: 1. Does "qualification" as used here mean a "degree"? The dictionary describes a qualification as "the ability, skill, or quality which makes something suitable for a given position". 2. If qualification as used here is a formal degree, who exactly is PUT IN DANGER by someone having a degree without the requisite "education", in the context of Goanet? And who among us presumes to have the wisdom to decide who is qualified or not, and who is educated or not? After all, Goanetters are not being hired for a job, but just posting information, expressing an opinion, or just letting off steam. 3. Finally, isn't EVERYONE "qualified" to give their own opinion? And how is any of this relevent to Goanet, anyway? Can't Goanetters simply read what has been posted and respond in any way they choose without questioning the qualifications or education of the person making the original post?
