A friend in Vasco, Kiran Mesta, is willing to help launch a free/libre and open source software (FLOSS) network in Vasco, possibly in a cybercafe. Would anyone be interested in joining and, more importantly, supporting the launch of such a network?
FLOSS offers you new perspectives in software and using computers. More importantly, it's extremely helpful for young people who want to gain new skills in software. There's a great sharing environment which allows everyone to learn fast and learn a lot. Knowledge is freely shared.
