That is real refreshing news of the present Government, and the best part is that it will be located near KTC. Can always pop in before boarding the bus. Will get more people interested in the reading habit, which has been dying gradually. At last I can say Thank you Manohar Parekar for thinking of this plan. Hope the construction of the library itself will be an architectural wonder for Goa.
