Mr. Mario Goveia fails miserably to defend his false
assertion that China has given up violating human
rights a while ago.

Displaying an utter lack of sincerity and decency by
disregarding his own prior pledges and apologies, he
continues to belittle his detractors, and to
disseminate misinformation in the service of his
discredited ideology.

Mr. Goveia is deceptive when he states that there were
no UN resolutions against China despite common
knowledge that China, being a veto wielding permanent
member of the Security Council, is in a position to,
and has indeed, blocked several resolutions against
it, many of which were tabled by none other than the
United States, the latest one as recently as April 15,

Mr. Goveia is lying when he says that China is not a
