CM'S PLEA: Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has made a fervent plea to the people in the State to extend a helping hand to the victims of Tsunami-hit areas and contribute generously to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund. The Youth Hostel, Miramar Panaji, keeping up with the tradition of commitment to society, has contributed Rs.25,000 towards the noble cause. (GT)
