Once again, thanks for your taxes. Mario replies: I have to keep reminding myself that you and the Toronto Globe & Mail have your own personal set of facts and your own version of history. Canadian troops cannot even deal with your own Indian tribes, leave alone the police force in any decent sized US city. In the international arena they only show up after the fighting is over. Just hope the US does not roll over in its sleep.
