How far is the assessment of T. Souza correct? There
will be an other historian with an other story. The
truth is that Goa lies rotting in the past 40 years. I
hope Armstrong and co would pay a visit to the GMC in
Bambolium to face the contemprary issues of Goa or is
it Goa now?
