Hi,

Reading the asticle about Fr Jose Vaz.
It is because of Fr Jose Vaz that the Catholic faith is in existance in Sri 
Lanka.
BUT, is he made a Saint? NO! and why not.
As long as the faithful go to church there is no need.
Only when the people stop going to church, that the vatican decides to make 
saints to attract crowds.
In recent years. The Vatican has made more European saints than ever before, 
and why?
People do not go to church!
