After Parrikar's govt. it looks like it is going to be the end of Goanet. Whoever has come up with this new procedure should be given a Nobel prize for his ignorance of the internet.
he/she should have at least done a preliminary study of how thousands of mailing lists exist on the internet which provide good communication as well as take procedures to avoid spam. Does Goanet have any meaning if the only way one can communicate with the poster is via goanet itself? This is apart from the fact that the only way to find out who has written the post is to actually look at the post. How much can a name signed such as "joe" can reveal. This can waste a huge amount of time. It is disgusting, and I will have no other way but to be out of here if this continues.
