Gopi,

I am sure you aught to have both your eyes and mind examined! First you address your letter to 'goanet' as 'Sir'; then you proceed to say that Mathany brought under pressure by church and Ugdp; Ugdp yes, thats his party; but how do u know about 'Church'.

The church members as citizens have every right, but I don't think the Church put any pressure; perhaps its his own conscience that should have put pressure on him! But Mathany has sold his soul to the devil in Parrikar and the like, you see, and as such he has no 'good conscience' left. He has bared himself. And Mathany was supposed to be absconding and not in Goa, at the time of the vote. Or am I wrong?

This behavior cannot be called 'courage'. It can be called 'Outrage' ; do you understand the 'difference' Sir?

"Former CM has beautified Panjim etc etc." you say! Well well that is exactly what the BJP and their likes do. They use peoples money to beautify and perhaps line their pockets too, in the process,; and this is exactly what the BJP did when they first 'took power ever' in the Delhi Municipal Corporation. They built 'fountains' in Delhi, instead of resolving 'poverty issues' and their like. As a result, today the 'Yamuna' is running dry!!!! And if this guy BJP 'Advani' is so innocent in the Babri Masjid' case why does he not voluntarily submit himself to trial, and take along with him all the others involved??

Why is the works of the 'Four lane' Road in Panjim not properly completed; Why is it left incomplete? I was there myself driving the full lenght of the road; its a good road, but its not completed in many sections of the road! Where has the 'money gone? Who are the contractors and what are their credentials and affiliations political and other??

You see, 'progress' is required, but not at the cost of 'communal harmony' and corruption leading to lining of undue pockets! Under the Indian Constitution, the BJP, the RSS, the Bajrang Dal, the VHP etc are all acting ultra vires of the constitutional law in letter and in spirit. This should be debated in all parliaments and in all the press, and the constitution should be further tightened up to put these type of 'terrorists' out of business. They are doing most harm to the Country and the unity of India; what with their 'medieval ages hindutva'. So why should the 'BJP' not be thrown out whenever an opportunity presents itself?? We are in the 21st Century! Damn it!

When the British Govt was thrown out by the combined efforts of all Indians, at the time of Independence; the great Indian leaders said: "we are not throwing out the British Govt. for bad governance but only because they have no right to govern us!" Similarly the BJP has forfeited all right to govern anywhere in India. They should be outlawed, because 'outlaws' they have become. Neither Advani nor Vajpayee, nor Parrikar had the decency to order the hindu right wing to stop the pogram they were carring out in Gujerat. Ha! Ha! beautification my foot! These people should first cleanse their souls before they even try to beautify our Beautiful Goa.

So you see Gopi Chari, Parrikar and their gang needs some purification first; not in the waters of the Ganga; they will further pollute the already polluted river. Deep out in the Samudra, so that even a Psunami will not bring them back. Then we can have 'Thanksgiving' with you included.
Do you want to side evil?? If not then please look carefully at the immense harm these persons are doing to the psyche and the communal fabric of India.
I hope u and your like have changed!
Thank you for reading me!

sir,

this is with reference to Mathany Saldhana who is still in favour of Parrikar
govt.
This man (UGDP) had given support to Parrikar Govt. He was braught under
pressure by UGDP & other church leaders to withdraw his support to Mr.
Parrikar when it comes to vote of confidence. But this man stood firm &
continued his support to Parrikar led Govt & Parrikar won the vote of
confidence by18:6.
