Even when we anti-castists disagree on everything else under the sun we seem to agree on this one issue, that caste is blatant discrimination any way you look at it, that caste is wrong on its face, that caste is incompatible with the very essence of Christianity, and that this heinous system must be abolished.
So how did the notion of "soglem" get into the discussion? Does it take research to prove that "soglem" does not apply to anything? The very fact that this thread is continuing for so long is prima facie evidence that caste exists, and it is not "soglem" who are continuing the discussion but just a couple of Goanetters.
