Isn't it surprising to read that a Goan becomes no. 2 in Portugal politics? Given that Portugal placed Goans under shackles for 450 years? Or are the anti-Portuguese historians and the rest of marsupials confused? Or is Antonio Costa appointed for some favours from Goa? (as one famous oncologist put it)
