Carlos the Jackal is supposed to be languishing in a French jail. Not so, it appears that Carlos is now posting on Goanet as Carlos6143. Is 6143 the cell number or is it the designated prison number given to Carlos?
Carlos would you please kindly sign off with your full name and location, if you intend to be taken at face value. Thank you in advance. -- Cheers, Gabe Menezes. London, England
