A couple of years ago I had seen on GoaNet a service ( for a fee) offered
by a gent which was help to folk in Goa who did not have access to e-mail.
The normal snail-mail, postal service from distant overseas areas may take
7 to 10 days to deliver a letter to some villages. This gent would accept
an e-mailed letter to anybody in Goa , print it and deliver it in a couple of
days.
If anybody knows of, or remembers the e-mail address of this service
that expedites mail..............could you please let me have it.
