My point of view, precisely! The only other thing I would add is that if land based training was so essential why didnt they plan for it in Seabird/Yenkebe? Why only Dabolim? But we know what the reply to that will be: "No budgetary support; maybe in 10-15 years; runway there is too short; unsuitable terrain; blah blah blah". The safest assumption is that the Navy has absolutely no intention of moving training flights out of Dabolim. What to do?:)
