RESPONSE: It has nothing to do with courage, more to do with being forthright; Parrikar used his (Flaviano's) name to the detriment of the objectors of the VCD and the man Flaviano allowed this misconception, regarding his beliefs to pass without correcting it. This is despicable. Could it be to do with his pension of Rupees 10,000 that I have read about somewhere? Not the proverbial 30 pieces of silver? Cheers. Gabe Menezes London England.
