No, Avelino, we are not talking about "an organization" here. We are talking about an "organized system of discrimination". To have an "organized system of discrimination", unlike "an organization", does not require an office, an email address or a telephone number, founders, CEOs, managers, accountants, auditors and other kinds of employees. All an organized social system needs are people with certain beliefs. In the case of Goan Catholics many people identify with a system of castes supposedly based on the caste of their Hindu ancestors, a system that was organized thousands of years ago.
