Online news - Panaji Kerala Samaj Celebrates 40th Anniversary
from Sany, Panaji
Panaji, Apr. 10: Kerala Samaj Panaji celebrated their 40th Anniversary day on Saturday at Kala Academy Hall, at Panjim.

Speaking on the occasion, chief guest of the program and well-known writer, Padma Bhushan M T Vasudevan Nair said, Every Keralite should learn Konkani language. Though Malayalam is the mother tongue, yet, learning a sweet language like Konkani could help Keralites in getting to know the culture and heritage of Goa. A language always maintains the culture and heritage, so one should concentrate on the same.
Whichever state or place the Keralites go or visit, they should interact with the people with a view to know others culture and to share native culture and heritage. It forms the unity, added Nair.
