The Goa Su-Raj Party is happy to ote that Mr. Gerald Fernandes aka gerry ferns is one and the same person. The Goa Su-Raj party is also happy to note that Mr. Gerald Fernandes has openly accepted and defended his insinuations on the goanet that Dr. N.S. Dumo, who is the Vice President (North) of the Party, is indeed an RSS sympathiser or a RSS member. Of this we are left in no doubt since the terminology used by him is "I said what I meant" and "I meant what I said". Mr. Gerald Fernanes has further justified his above terminology by adding "IF THE CAP FITS SOMEBODY , I HAVE NO OBJECTION IF SOMEBODY DECIDES TO WEAR IT " We thank Mr. Gerald Fernandes for clearing the ambiguity as sought by us in our earlier post. Now, therefore, the Goa Su-Raj Party shall go on record to state as follows: 1. That Dr. N.S. Dumo is a pillar of the Supreme Executive of the Party, which is the highest decision making body of the Party. He is also the Party Executive member by virtue of being its V.P. 2. That Dr. Dumo is not affiliated to RSS in any way. Neither he is an RSS member. Dr. Dumo is infact the most vociferous defendor of the Secular Principles. 3. That Mr. Gerald Fernandes was appointed by the Goa Su-Raj Party as the member of its Supreme Executive following his joining the party in 2002 and having contested the Aldona Assembly seat in the May 30, 2002 Assembly Elections. 4. That such appointment of new S.Executive members are governed by the party's constitutional requirement of keeping such new appointees to the highest decision making body of the party on a two-year probation period before final confirmation. 5. That such final confirmation was DENIED to Mr. Gerald Fernandes vide a communication to him stating the grounds to be purely due to his lack of discipline and ethical behaviour 6. In the same communication, Mr. Gerald Fernandes has been informed that he ceases to be the member of the party and as such he shall not enter the office of the Party. He was also directed to return the duplicate keys of the Party Office which were in his possession as the acting General Secretary of the Party and its Spokesperson. IN ORTHER WORDS, MR GERALD FERNANDES HAS BEEN SACKED OUTRIGHT FROM THE GOA SU-RAJ PARTY. 7. That anything the said Mr. Gerald Fernandes says or may say against the Party shall be taken as pure SLANDER and the party may or may not decide to take him to task for such SLANDER which is seen as purely motivated to get back at the party for the SACK. 8. That though Mr. Gerald Fernandes has been a Captain (presumably) in the Indian Army, he has never learnt the ABC of discipline. 9. Goa Su-Raj Party reserves the right to remain silent to further slander that Mr. Gerald Fernandes may resort to on this Goanet distribution list. This may be taken as its last and final statement. THIS STATEMENT MAY SERVE AS A DETTERENT TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR PERSONS WHO MAY HARBOUR SUCH FRIVOLOUS CONCEPTIONS. HOWEVER, THEY ARE WELCOME TO APPROACH THE PARTY WITH SOLID PROOFS OF SUCH ALLEGATIONS, FORWHICH THE GOA SU-RAJ PARTY SHALL REMAIN ETERNALLY INDEPTED.
