Everyone who is familiar with the inner workings of how most nuns conduct their business and dedicate their lives to helping people "where the rubber meets the road" as opposed to pontificating from an "ivory tower", most without any interest in being priests and being bossed around by Cardinals and Bishops, would know that Diana is right on.
