Place the tor in between door hinges and crush. We would then stuff the cavity with fresh tamarind, chili powder or bits of dried red chilies and SALT until the cavity was filled. We would then sit down and enjoy every bit of the stuffed “tor.” Sometimes, we would just make small slices of a “tor,” apply salt and eat them.
