The recent spate in fraud in Goa shows how gullible
Goans are to these fake investments. Institutional
plunder by those who rule us is common since 61.
In the recent fraud cases even my family members have
not been spared. In fact advice was given by a banker
from a nationalised bank who himself lost plenty.
Recently I received an email from a top vigilante
officer in Goa who signed off as a proud indian. Very
hypocritical innit when fraud and such is common in
Goa and under his nose!
