Hello Netters Being on a short holiday, decided to Go to Mumbai and booked a ticket By Kadamba bus, the journey was excellent, and there was one stuff member there to help whenever needed. But sad to say, the return journey was booked by our own Aldona bus Miranda GA-01 Z 6978. The seat that I got had one window missing, and hence the whole journey had excess breeze to make my journey uncomfortable. Besides that, the whole journey we had lights on to make sleeping uncomfortable, and there was no one to listen to my complaints as being on the window seat, I did not like to disturb my neighbor. Also the curtains were smelly, wonder when they were washed.
I wonder how these bus got the permit to ply on this long journey. Miranda being a long time player in this trade, am surprised that he let such a bus ply on this route without checking these faults. Passengers pay big fare to travel comfortably, and not in such conditions. Jerry Fernandes
