RESPONSE: The Police are pussy-footing, whoever claimed to be a witness/witnesses to the signing/signature should be arrested forthwith. It is clear that the Police in charge is in the back pocket of the BJP; how preposterous, to make such a statement that 'no forensic report was received' Time for the Governor to intervene and do it fast!
